Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Dogs of Wonder LLC ("Dogs of Wonder," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and subscription services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting support@dogsofwonder.com.

• Cancelling stops future renewals only
• Your current subscription term will continue until it ends
• You will still receive all remaining boxes included in your plan
• If you cancel mid-term (before your 3-, 6-, or 12-month plan ends), your subscription will not renew, but you'll receive all remaining boxes
• Multi-month plans are offered at a discounted rate in exchange for a full-term commitment

Subscription Pausing

At this time, we do not offer the ability to pause subscriptions. Each monthly box is carefully prepared in advance to ensure quality and freshness for our subscribers. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time and resubscribe when you're ready to continue your learning adventure. Our customer support team is always available to assist with any scheduling concerns at support@dogsofwonder.com.

Refund Policy

No prorated refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for unused months, partial subscription periods, or early cancellations. Once a billing cycle begins, subscription payments are non-refundable.

All subscription boxes are final sale: All subscription boxes are non-returnable. Because each box is curated, packed, and shipped specifically for subscribers, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for delivered boxes.

Change of mind: Subscription payments are non-refundable once the subscription has started. Changing your mind or deciding not to continue mid-term does not qualify for a refund.

• Damaged or incorrect items: If your box arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@dogsofwonder.com. We'll review the issue and provide a replacement or resolution when appropriate.
• Non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided by the customer is not eligible for refund or replacement

Product Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However:

• Product contents may vary slightly from images shown
• We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value
• Colors may appear differently on various screens
• We do not guarantee specific items will be included in future boxes
• Educational content is designed by professionals but results may vary

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, and intellectual property on our website and in our subscription boxes are owned by Dogs of Wonder LLC or our licensors. This includes:

• Original stories, books, and written content
• Illustrations, graphics, and artwork
• Website design, logos, and branding
• Educational materials and curriculum
• Trademarks and service marks

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission. Personal, non-commercial use of purchased materials is permitted.

Safety and Product Use

While our products are designed with safety in mind:

• Adult supervision is required for children under 8
• Products may contain small parts that pose choking hazards
• Follow all safety instructions included with products
• We are not liable for misuse of products or failure to follow safety guidelines
• Immediately discontinue use if any product appears damaged

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Dogs of Wonder LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the past 12 months
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
• We are not liable for educational outcomes or learning results

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dogs of Wonder LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Dogs of Wonder LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation
• If negotiation fails, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration
• You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits
• Any arbitration shall be conducted in the United States

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must cancel your subscription and stop using our services.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms or applicable laws
• Could harm our business, reputation, or other users
• Involves fraudulent or illegal activity
• Violates intellectual property rights

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dogs of Wonder LLC regarding your use of our services.
